Planning and design of a high-end, sustainable hospitality destination within the NEOM region in Saudi Arabia, aiming to create a luxury resort that embodies NEOM’s vision for futuristic and sustainable living. The project includes the creation of multiple hospitality components such as guestrooms and suites, food and beverage outlets, event facilities, lobby and public areas, fitness and recreational facilities, and employee facilities, all spread across several highly innovative buildings designed by leading architectural firms.
Scope of Services:
Provided guidance for the architectural and interior design phases, including constructability review and operational feasibility.
Contributed to the brand creation process by advising on how to develop a distinctive brand identity for the destination that aligns with NEOM’s vision of innovation, sustainability, and modern living.
Collaborated with NEOM’s team to craft unique guest experiences that reflect the essence of NEOM and foster connection with the local environment.
