Description:
Development of a remote desert lodge focused on off-grid sustainability and immersive safari experiences. The project was designed and built on top of a mountain in the a 50,000 hectare private reserve in the Kalahari Desert.
100 Sqm guest accommodation units, a pool, restaurant, wellness facilities, and all areas needed for operations were key components of this award-winning project.
Scope of Services:
- Full End to End: Concept and design, through construction and handover.
- Delivered full-service construction of entire project
- Lead all procurement and FF&E installation as well as site-wide logistics.
- Managed complete handover to operator
- Supported all pre-opening and opening efforts
