Scope of Services:
Renovation of the existing 24-room hotel on a 5-hectare site, including the addition of new villas, a restaurant, a wellness center, and communal spaces.
Managing all stages from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with Habitas’s brand and sustainability principles.
Sourcing sustainable materials for FF&E and OS&E, and managing global logistics to deliver to the remote desert location.
