Scope of Services:
Led master planning and design for Airstream caravans to create an adventure-focused experience that differentiates from the main resort while minimizing environmental impact.
Provided brand strategy and development services to create a distinct identity that is more playful and engaging for younger guests.
Managed the procurement and logistics of sustainable FF&E and OS&E to reflect the youthful brand vision and ensure timely delivery to a remote location.
Oversaw site development and the installation of Airstream caravans, food trucks, and other community and dining areas, including the integration of infrastructure services such as water and electricity with a focus on sustainability.
Conducted all pre opening activities including staging, recruitment, and training of local staff to deliver a unique guest experience.
