- Providing strategic advice on development and operational optimization, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to ensure the project’s success from planning through execution.
- Managing all stages from design to construction.
- Provide design services, procurement and logistics management.
- Acting as Lead Contractor and Development Manager (Currently Under Construction)
