Construction Interface & Technical Services
We stay embedded in the field to translate plans into execution. Our team leads technical coordination, manages RFIs, and ensures contractor alignment. In hospitality projects, we also provide technical services, working directly with operators to align design and construction with operational standards and service delivery needs. This ensures that the built environment performs as intended from day one. We address buildability in real-time—bridging design and construction without delay.
Procurement &
FF&E
We manage the full lifecycle of FF&E and OS&E, from scope definition to sourcing, logistics, and install. Our process aligns procurement with construction to avoid delays, protect design, and control cost. We ensure that what’s specified is what arrives, on time and ready to install.
Pre-Opening and Handover Support
We advocate as Owner's Rep: We oversee the transition from build to operations—working with both owners and operators to ensure nothing is missed. This includes compliance, licensing, SOPs, staffing, and technical services coordination. We support final punchlist resolution, asset registry, and handover protocols, ensuring all systems, spaces, and services are launch-ready. Where needed, we provide pre-opening support to close gaps and ensure performance on Day One.
Development Management
We manage the strategic groundwork: translating land potential into permitted, fundable, and executable development. This includes coordinating legal, zoning, and infrastructure considerations, aligning with capital strategy, and sequencing scope in a way that aligns with project goals. We ensure that decisions made upstream support delivery downstream- creating the conditions for momentum, clarity, and successful execution.
